With peony season just around the corner and with Spring having embraced us, it’s time to give your wardrobe the feminine, pale pink treatment. Spring 2020 has welcomed high street fashion with the pastel hue, from appliqué flowers in Zara to floaty, smock dresses in H&M and a pink washed denim boiler suit in NastyGal.
Now, I know what some of you are thinking and yes, taking a step back from your monochrome wardrobe seems a little petrifying. However, let me assure you that pale pink works for any skin tone, hair colour, eye colour, you name it! Here are three high street buys that helped me incorporate this seasons colour trend into my wardrobe.

You have reached boiling point. This boiler suit truly radiates this season’s colour trend. The pink washed denim with a button-down front and elasticated waist emit a cool and casual vibe making it perfect item of clothing to wear with trainers and a pair of gold hoop earrings. This boiler suit blossoms at a bottomless brunch or a BBQ with friends, which is where I get my most enjoyment out of this eye-catching piece of clothing.

Outfit 2: The Fairy Top
Embroidered Pink Tulle Top, £20 | Zara
This floral appliquéd tulle top embodies every element of femininity. The pale pink and delicate net top with beautiful embroidery tends to be more popular for the more ‘feminine’ persona. This beautiful top allows me to fulfil my dream of being a dainty fairy, fluttering around a rose garden. This top can be worn singularly with a bra underneath like I have chosen to do or if you are feeling slight less comfortable, pair with a pale pink body underneath.
